Your ‘day to day’ As a Strategic Marketing Head – Inhaled Therapeutics in PMI Life Sciences you will be responsible for driving the early commercialization of inhalable prescription products and to develop the mid-to-long term vision in the space. More specifically, you'll • Enables cross-functional workstream to set the medium-term vision for the franchise consolidating commercial, development & scientific feedback • Builds a deep understanding of the market and health system environment in key countries for relevant indications & products • Develops the commercial positioning for an individual product based on: o Unmet need definition o Stakeholder mapping & patient journey o Competitive landscape assessment o Target patient population & position in treatment pathway o Commercial model development including identifying supportive tools (digital, diagnostics, wrap around services) • Provides commercial insights into TPP, reflecting key customer needs (patients, physicians, and payers) • Develops commercial forecasts and M&S assumptions for products • Supports due diligence activities by providing commercial assessments and strategic recommendations • Supports portfolio prioritization process Who we’re looking for • Proven experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles with a focus on pre-launch and early-stage commercial activities (PoC – Ph3) • Experience in Strategic Marketing / Launch / New Product Planning function in pharmaceuticals (experience in a global pharmaceutical is required) • Geographical experience should include working in EU 5 / US markets in commercial roles, experience with drug-device combinations preferable • Strategic mindset and future focused - ability to set a strategic vision over a 5 – 10-year timescale • Innovative, able to think beyond norms; externally orientated with the patient and customer in mind • Highly strategic with excellent scenario planning skills, comfortable with ambiguity • Highly skilled at influencing within a cross-functional matrix environment, excels at building strong relationships in external partnerships • Scientific or medical training a plus but not a requirement What we offer Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
