We have an opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Talent acquisition team. Based in PMI Global Studio in London, you will have a global remit in a role enjoying exciting levels of autonomy. What you will do? • Act as a strategic partner to the IT function across the PMI footprint, understanding the business requirements and translating them into a successful talent acquisition strategy • Own and nurture HR and Business relationships at a senior level, including the IT Leadership Team, to ensure accurate and timely demand planning and tracking • Position yourself as a credible expert and the voice of TA in the IT function, challenging where necessary. • Manage an IT TA team across geographies putting performance at the heart of what they do while providing meaningful leadership and people development. • Operationally manage the full life cycle recruitment for key senior IT positions • Partner with the IT business and SME teams within TA to deliver on key Employer Branding campaigns • Bring passion and commitment to PMI’s Inclusion & Diversity agenda by being a creative thinker in how we identify, attract and engage the most diverse talent in the IT marketplace • Prepare and deliver regular metrics, data and commentary Who are you? • In-house experience in a senior talent acquisition role in a large, complex corporate environment characterised by ambiguity • Deep Understanding of and experience within the technology space, you’ll be the credible TA voice for PMI IT • Experience of leading and motivating a team.
