We're looking for you: • Currently studying for your Master/ Bachelor degree in Management /Finance/Accounting with knowledge in ‘Consolidation’ or/and ‘Integrated Account Reporting’ or/and ‘Sustainability Reporting/ESG’ • Consolidated Accounting knowledge in basic reporting tools and basic understanding of Sustainability/ ESG reporting • Operate well with MS office tools (excel, word, etc.) • Fluent in English, other local languages are great assets You will join our project team that will design new business model for corporate consolidation processes, and integrated account reporting bringing efficient, touchless process with new innovative technology. You will be enrolled in a project team structured to design and build the new business mode, working closely with internal experts and external ones from one of the Big 4 Companies. You will be working with the core team from Lausanne office and collaborating with various team members from different locations. This unique opportunity will allow you to gain knowledge and skills in new demanding and interesting areas today Corporates are investing as part of business transformation to bring new business value and efficiency. Roles & Objectives As team member of the new project team you will work closely with one of the Stream Leaders and Experts. Your role will be to analyse and document today processes, pain points, run interviews with customers and stakeholders and support in defining the new approach (e.g., calculation, processes, data flow) based on directions and advices received from the Stream Leader or/and Experts within the specific topic. In the next steps you take active role in supporting the implementation, and solution validation as well documenting the new processes including procedures, and where applicable train end users.
