Services communication intern We're looking for you: • Currently studying for your master’s degree in communication or Marketing • Skills & Requirements: o Must possess excellent writing skills and be able to compose engaging and accurate content o Strong communicator who works well independently and with a team o Great time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously o Understanding of communications and marketing best practices o Knowledge of all or one of these channels is a plus: Social media, web and offline o Ability to think strategically and identify ways to improve communication efforts o Must be resourceful and take initiative even when given minimal direction o Knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook • Fluent in English, other local languages are an asset You will join the RRP Services communication team in Lausanne who oversees the dissemination of the Services strategy and creation of all services narratives across touch points, briefing and delivering services toolboxes, unleashing the potential of brand services to increase LAU satisfaction and brand power.   Roles & Objectives The trainee’s role will be to support the team on: o Developing relevant and meaningful content for Services programs, ensuring their consistency with the brand identity and Strategy o Developing consumer facing narratives for service programs which will serve as the base for all consumer facing asset communication creation by channel owners (SM, eCRM, Web) o For business as usual projects, creating communication assets, developing briefs and briefing channel owners and/or agencies, aligning with Legal team and Creative council o Ensuring the management and timely delivery of all these assets through trans-creation and production agencies What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
