Become part of our vision and join our Commercial Systems & Data Intelligence Team, as Commercial Business Analyst (Digital) (M/F/D) in Vienna. YOUR DAY TO DAY: As a “Data Analyst” you collaborate and consult with local commercial teams (Retail, E-Commerce, Customer Care, CX, CRM, Loyalty) and global teams to drive data driven decision making. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: o Participate in projects aiming to design, develop and maintain analytical products & Business Intelligence solutions in domains of Consumer, Commercial and Finance o Design and build quality reports and dashboards (ensure UI/UX) in BI platforms (Power BI but not limited to) o Perform data analysis-to-insight. Break down problems, execute deep-dives and generate findings which are translated into actionable output and business value o Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance within large datasets. Ensure data extraction and data loads required in the project o Examine and interpret data, communicate and present on technical information with non-technical stakeholders o Partner up with business teams to understand key priorities, drivers and hypotheses o Understand complex and diverse technology infrastructure and identify sources and tools needed to deliver actionable output o Leverage on both local data sources and global data sources (Data Ocean) in order to enable data driven decision making YOUR PROFILE: o You have graduated in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science or similar o You have at least 2-5 years of experience working in a similar role o You have strong analytical and problem solving skills o You are proactive, collaborative, have experience with stakeholder management and thrive in a digital workplace o You have experience with BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlick or similar), preferably Power BI o You have experience with programming and database querying languages (SQL, R, Python, VBA, ETL/DW, RPA) as a plus o You are familiar with JIRA and Agile methodologies o You have the ability to research, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions o You demonstrate flexibility and ability to accept change as part of an overall dynamic environment o You are passionate about data and harnessing the value hidden in data o Very good English language skills, German is a plus INTERESTED?
