We are currently looking for a People &Culture Ops Specialist. A well-known rule in the business says that your competitors can eventually copy anything, but your people. In this position, as a member of our People & Culture team, you will hence have a mission-critical role to play in creating an excellent Employee Experience by supporting our employees with their employment related needs. Your day to day Perform activities around Employee Experience such as: • Coordinate the monthly payroll run, internal / external audits with the external payroll provider, Internal Controls and our SSC team • Actively participate in People & Culture related projects both globally and locally • Propose and implement innovative solutions to simplify processes and reduce administrative pain points • Design and modify the policies/procedures reflecting legislation and internal processes / audit requirements • Drive successful Employee Experience (EX) life-cycle including onboarding, remuneration, reward, benefits, off-boarding • Maintain employees personal files, off-boarding administrative • Manage projects related to local benefits, reward and recognition • Coordinate activities related to contracted employees’ lifecycle • Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis (e.g. other departments, our SSC and cluster colleagues) Who we are looking for • College or university degree (preferably in HR or Economics) • Fluency both in Hungarian and English is a must • At least 2-3 years of HR operation experience (e.g.: Hungarian payroll, time & attendance, benefits) • Basic knowledge of the Hungarian Labor Law • Good communication skills • Analytical thinking and attention to details • Strong coordination skills • Good MS skills What we offer You will find that our company offers a dynamic and international work environment, many learning opportunities, and the possibility to express your potential with experimentation.
