Ultimately, by delivering our smoke-free and beyond nicotine future, your work could change the lives of millions. Your ‘day to day’ You will be employed in our electronic office in Shenzhen, China. As an owner of the lab you will closely work with multi-functional teams to drive the lab equipment, process and test plan setup; You will ensure lab equipment are qualified with right maintenance, calibration and documentation. Test lab set up • At set up phase, collect requirements from various technical teams for equipment purchase; select and qualify suppliers (equipment/ services) to support business needs. • Ensure the purchase process meets the company process, finance policy and stakeholder requirements. Test Lab Sustainability • Build and own the logistics of test lab equipment operating rules with multi-functional teams • Facilitate Test Lab SOP for Test Equipment/Tools calibration to ensure qualification and maintenance plan on regular basis • Ensure operation of all technical equipment linked to the needs of the experimental units, including risk management, to meet high quality standards required for state-of-the-art core-technology research and development following project management process • Accountable for global R&D asset management, accountable for the coordination of equipment maintenance according to the current quality standards and manufacturers guidance with standardized Lab rule for safety compliance, 5S and fixed Asset Inventory Who we’re looking for • Bachelor degree in Science or Electronic Engineering or equivalent. • Min. 10 years of R&D design with test qualification experience, preferably with involved lab management including maintenance and repair. • Strong experience on PCB Layout design & fabrication skills • Strong interpersonal skills among X-functional teams, collaborator, procurement, finance, technique teams and suppliers. • Experienced in defining test plan for performing requirements from suppliers. • Strong leadership to develop and sustain qualified supplier resource with high integrity and efficient solution • Familiar with general procurement workflow such as WBS, PR, PO, GD etc. • Familiar with different types of equipment maintenance and calibration process such as Oscilloscope, Digital Multimeters, Signal Analyzer etc. • Familiar Office IT infrastructure, MatLab and LabView tools calibration and maintenance. • High flexibility and self-driven initiative, analytic, systematic and pro-active approach to test lab plan, equipment purchase and maintenance activities.
