Students of last years of Bachelor’s or Master's degree Communicative and proactive candidates with computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools (Excel and SAP would be a strong asset) Fluent speaker of both spoken and written English Self-organized and eager to learn person who is capable of multitasking Previous work experience in Human Resources or Customer Service Communication would be an asset. HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? Inform the entire PMI population about key organizational changes that impact the day-to-day running of the company, Participate in creating and maintaining the company’s intranet (internal portal) by initiating, reviewing and publishing Organisational Announcements, Collaborate with various teams locally and globally to ensure synchronized local publications and the OA information, Actively communicate with all involved stakeholders and customers by documenting key decisions and approvals, Build and maintain beneficial working relationships with other departments to enable the smooth processing of employee moves, Identify and drive any improvements in the current system to enable greater efficiency and accuracy.
