PMI’s journey to a smoke-free future is fuelled by technology. PMI is looking for a Digital Asset Manager to design, execute, and manage the DAM system for our digital asset. This includes all digital assets such as images, videos, and audio used and prepared by the Production and broader Marketing team. As a Solution Manager, you will need to ensure the successful end to end implementation of all necessary features which are in the scope of a global Digital Engagement program. This will require the mobilization and coordination of various cross-functional agile teams, from development teams, configuration teams to release teams. You will make sure that all teams involved in technical design, development, testing and release management, are delivering what the internal stakeholders expect until the features are successfully live. Your role is not only to coordinate and plan, but also to understand in detail what is being asked, what is being built and how, all the dependencies between products, as well as make sure that all teams will deliver all agreed functional and non-functional requirements, on schedule, cost and quality. You will be the go-to person when it comes to functional and technical roadmap of your domain. You are relentless in your pursuit of excellence, even when that means challenging the status-quo. You are the champion of delivering solutions that meet the needs of the business design team and are loved by your users and customers. You’ll be acutely aware that transformation requires a ‘roll up the sleeves’ mentally. KEY JOB RESPONSABILITIES • Define, implement, and manage the full life-cycle, archival, and distribution of all digital assets. • Implement and manage metadata schemas, taxonomies, and user groups. • Develop workflows for asset ingestion, categorization, permissions management, version control, delivery, and expiration to internal and external users. • Develop Documentation, including Design Specifications and Technical Specifications, and Test Plans. • Interacts and collaborates with stakeholders on key product considerations and aligns with product vision, features and roadmap. Leverages customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance and risk data to define product features and roadmap in partnership with other SMEs. • Builds product backlog, prioritize its items and continuously keep it up to date. Holds meetings with the product team to continuously update product backlog. Ensures product features and processes align with applicable Discover compliance and risk management standards. Ensures product adheres to the highest quality standards, including releasing security patches not linked to customers. • Defines functional and non-functional product requirements; ensure completeness; integral and consistent; source of requirements for product team. Creates and validate user story acceptance criteria. Defines and ensures appropriate testing frameworks for product features (e.g., market testing, functional performance, etc.). • Integrate AEM Assets with Adobe Creative Cloud and Workfront • Setup DAM and Deploy Assets - SSO and brand portal. • Partners with business technology to create technical features that are required to continuously optimize system components WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s – ideally in an IT related field • Demonstrated ability in building, launching and growing products • Have experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (assets module), as well as be familiar with best practices related to content and digital asset management. • Have a good idea on Adobe Experience Manager features related to omnichannel syndication, content and asset reuse. • Comfortable with vendor management, roadmap and working to improve our content and digital asset management practice • At least one successful implementation of AEM as a Cloud Service. • Experience working with PMs, BA/PO’s, Tech Lead and Architects to plan out an end-to-end solution. • Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders • Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Team player with proven ability to lead through influence • Professional scrum certification (Product owner, Scale, Agile Leadership) a plus • Adobe AEM Sites or Assets certifications are beneficial but not required.
