If you want to make a life-changing impact on consumers, there’s no better place. For our Regional Omnichannel Hub team in Kyiv, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. In this position you will be responsible for maximizing our engagement efforts across all our outbound and inbound communications channels: SMS, Email, Messengers, Websites, Stores, Call Centers, while collaborating with global functions to identify new engagement opportunities to bring to the markets in our region You will: • Work closely with EE region and markets with varying CRM knowledge and capabilities to develop quarterly and annual engagement plans to meet commercialization goals • Develop consumer engagement strategies that, where appropriate, grow our 1st-party database through improved retention or legal age smoker acquisition • Develop CRM tactical proposals in collaboration with our Global CRM Operations’ team solving business problems in markets on the customer journey across channels – from Acquisition through Retention to Churn/Win-Back – online and offline • Coordinate the successful delivery of Global CRM campaigns within our Omnichannel Hub to our markets • Collaborate actively with other departments on some/all the following: segmentation strategies, timings and content recommendations, and defining customer value propositions • Highlight case studies from all markets and regions to support capability owners & global CRM operations • Provide input on testing and targeting plans • Maintain a feedback loop to the capability owner & operations team to improve effectiveness & efficiency of the campaigns • Understand our global and local platform engagement capabilities and make recommendations for enhancements Our Ideal Candidate • Typically a senior-level digital marketeer within a Brand or Digital Agency with demonstrated experience managing large-scale consumer engagement programs driving brand loyalty, retention, and acquisition via advocacy • Proficiency with engagement tools for campaign management, marketing automation, e-commerce, business intelligence, and management of data partnerships • Passion for using data to develop exceptional consumer centric engagement strategies, able to arrive at key insights and turn these into actions • Self-starter, able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and assignments • Strong, credible, and confident communicator who builds trust across the organization • Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities, well-organized, strong attention to detail • Previous work experience in CRM management within B2C corporate or start-up, developing and/or managing multitouch / omnichannel / online-to-offline campaigns • University degree in Business Administration/ Marketing • Information Systems Management, Technology Management or related field a plus • Fluent English + Russian is preferred What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
