Position Title: Talent Management & Development Executive Organization Unit: People & Culture Location: Tokyo Reporting Manager: Manager Talent Management & Development Purpose of the Position: Develop and/or adapt, plan and deploy Talent Management & Learning processes, programs and tools required to identify, assess and develop PMI talent, ensuring consistency with PMI global standards, and alignment to PM Japan's business and organizational strategies. These include end-to-end ownership of MyPerformance, Managerial Effectiveness, English Learning modules and Onboarding integration modules, driving as Sub-matter expert and program lead and focusing on enhancement and modifications in effectiveness and user experience. Others include data/system/training support to Talent Review deployment and consolidation, and delivery of respective Leadership Development programs. Accountabilities • As a Subject Matter Expert and Program Manager of PMI MyPerformance, the role is required to plan, deploy and manage operations end-to-end PMJ MyPerformance annual performance cycle, ensuring they are on time, accurate and effective. This includes (1) collaborating effectively with Region/Global COEs for the accurate understanding of program definitions and systems operations, (2) planning & executing PMJ deployment timeline empassing training different stakeholders (BPs, LMs, P&C, MTs), (3) maintaining and consolidating data for further analysis and reference for follow-up actions. (4) Continuously support performance management process to enable best practices in performance feedback and evaluation. Program architecture - Prepare local strategy to ensure delivery of company results - As an integrated POC for S&PD projects, ensure market deployment following structured methodology - Roll-out OGSM in the market and at the functional level • As a Subject Matter Expert and Program Manager of PMI Leadership Dimensions, the role is required to plan, assess, deploy and manage operations from the perspective of MyPerformance and Talent Review, the understanding of our Leadership Dimensions in our Employees and Line Managers, to drive behavioral change and ensure there is a common language among all employees regardless seniority. This includes (1) collaborating effectively with Region/Global COEs for the accurate understanding of program definitions and best practices adaptations, and (2) collaborating with TA, BP teams to gather voice from Line Managers, New Hires, Employees and to build capability modules accordingly. • Develop, define and/or adapt, deploy and conduct VOC on PMJ Managerial Effectiveness module to enhance and build the capabilities of our Line Managers as People Managers of our organization from the perpsective of technical and leadership skillsets and knowledge. This involves prioritization and driving cross-teams collaboration within P&C such as but not limited to Operations, TA, BP, Compliance, etc in order to continuously support Line Managers to be best-in-class as PMI People Manager for their teams and employee experience as a business professional. • Develop, define and/or adapt, deploy and conduct VOC on PMJ English Proficiency program as a Program Manager to build towards the goal of bilingual Managers across the organization through leverging and amplifying utilization of global programs such as Rosetta Stones, and creating and continuously enhancing the local English for Impact series to enable our alents to acquire English proficiency to be effective as senior leader in PMJ and to pursue international assignment as our PMI global leaders. This involves (1) collaboration and management of our external consultants to co-create and enhance the program, (2) engagement with Line Managers, Participants and MT to align with our bigger vision of Talent Management and Development by providing reports and updates, and (3) collaboration with BPs to drive participation. Management presentations Lead the preparation of executive presentations of strategy reviews and management updates supporting MD and management team. • As key data and system specialist and orchestrator in the deployment of Talent Review cycle and talent development leadership programs to ensure a sustainable & diverse local talent pipeline for multi-category future of PMJ. This includes in the TR cycle (1) the preparation, consolidation of data and its integrity in a way that is efficient and effective for deployment, analysis and driving for monitoring of actions from TR discussions, and (2) the preparation of training materials, organizing the training and delivering the contents to Line Managers and BPs for effective TR cycle. • Manage Learning Catalogue and the Learning Management System (FUSE) Japan community website learning resources, and recommend differentiated learning experiences to increase FUSE engagement and employee ownership of employee self-learning through learning promotional activities. This includes collaborating with Region platform experts, monitoring usage and painpoints from users and Community Managers, and ensuring relevancy of contents to drive better utilization. • Manage L&D budget, and analysis. Support in adhoc TMD analysis and reporting. • Participate and support in TMD / ITM intiativies and projects, such as on-boarding integration. [SKILLS and COMPTENCIES] • Bachelor’s degree in Business degree in HR, Business Admin or Business Management • Overall Experience: 5-8 years & above in Talent Management, Performance Management and Learning Development from the perspective of program planning, deployment and continuous improvements and re-innovation. • Delivery of training in Japanese (must), employee communications (written), deployment of global TMD programs, and development of local TMD programs
