People & Culture Operations Team /Product & Experience Delivery(P&ED): - Employee Experience - Rewards & Recognition - Employee Data Administration - Data Analytics & Reporting - Payroll Management - Benefits (Health, Wellbeing, Benefits Administration, and Pension Administration) - Expatriate Management & Domestic Relocation (in partnership with Global Mobility) Now let us take you through what your day would look like: YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ WOULD TYPICALLY INCLUDE • Overseeing PMK’s payroll function, ensuring employees’ pay is processed in an accurate and timely manner, and in compliance with government regulations. - Payroll Delivery includes: Payroll, Statutory Employment Tax & Social Insurances payments, Pension Administration, Time & Attendance processing, MOEL / internal audit (as required) and Employee Data Privacy compliance. • Interacting with payroll vendor for processing • Interacting with internal customers who have payroll related queries • Collaborate with the rest of People & Culture function to ensure an integrated delivery of product and experience to customer • Participate in global/regional projects closely work with total rewards operations, service delivery teams in regional hubs • Participate in cross-functional projects in the market • Support external/inter-company audit/risk management where needed YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ WOULD BE EVEN BETTER IF YOU • Assess enhancement/improvement area and implement • Learn what the rest of the team is doing, step in for experience and collaboration • Actively engage - speak up, ask for feedback, lead and support WE HAVE • A team of aces who collaborate rather than compete • A truly global environment with diversity you haven’t experienced before • A space and various learning programs for you to grow • Cool office setting with gorgeous view • Great cappuccino available anytime YOU HAVE • Out of 7+ years of your career, 2-5 years experience in payroll, operations/finance/analytics related role at a MNC or complex payment/ finance processing operations or employee tax operations. • Any additional experience on relevant subject such as Compensation & Benefits, Analytics • Controls/ Risk Management Skills • Strong Data/Process Management Skills • Understanding of Korean Labor, Employment Tax and Social Insurance regulatory requirements • End customer experience/ Service orientation • Problem solving skills and execution drive • Experience in stakeholder engagement: Responsive, Collaborative YOU ARE • Comfortable in using Korean & English communication at work YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Engineering, preferably Masters Degree in Business, Finance or Engineering • Business accounting and/ or employee tax professional qualifications • Any other interesting experience that can contribute to becoming a good specialist OTHERS • Contract Type - Permanent • Work location - Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea OTHERS HOW TO APPLY • Go PMI career site, "" and set ‘South Korea’ and search for the job • Click ‘Apply Now’ button and ‘Upload a File’ for new applicants • Upload your English Resume either in Word or PDF format (merge your files into one file named as your English name, i.e., CV Gildong Hong) • Fill in basic information such as employment and education • Create password and submit application
