MEA Regional Planning Hub – Site Integrated Planner We are looking for a Site Integrated Planner for our Regional Supply Chain Planning Hub in Izmir who will be working at Site Integrated Planning Team in line with assigned roles and responsibilities, including Semi and Finished Goods Production Planning, Resource Optimization, Inventory Management, Project Management and Cost Management to sustain growth in business at the same time ensuring excellent customer service. Regional Planning Hub leads all supply chain activities (Supply Planning in entire region, Planning of Production Centers in 10 different countries, Material Planning of Production Centers and Governing Finished Goods Shipments to 45 Countries) in Middle East & Africa Region. Candidates should have: • University degree in Engineering, Management or in another related field • Fluency in both written and spoken English • Experience in Supply Chain functions is a plus •Very good command of MS Office applications. SAP knowledge is an asset •Strong drive for achievement, analytical thinking ability and problem-solving skills • Strong communication, teamwork and cooperation skills • Eager to learn new skills and to take some calculated risk in their domain for new ideas • Activating people for new ideas and new way of doing •Ability to give/take feedbacks • Completed or deferred military service for 2 years (For male candidates) JOB DESCRIPTION 1)Run, execute and maintain Site Integrated Planning (SIP) processes for a given Manufacturing site for all its manufacturing processes (primary, semis, secondary), in a sustainable & efficient way in accordance with defined planning cycle, drumbeat and scheduling horizon to ensure the delivery of the Best Executional Plan balancing cash, cost & service targets for the company. 2)Collect the required capacity and availability parameters from manufacturing (from resource leads) and leverage them to accomplish an efficient scheduling in factories. Adhere to capacity, production and material availability constraints while minimizing delayed/missed production and last moment STP changes. 3)Prepare rolling, integrated and synchronized production scheduling for manufacturing processes in line with the defined planning cycle, drumbeat and scheduling horizon in order to meet the semi and finished goods volume forecasts. 4)Ensure the delivery of the Best Executional Plan for the respective production site for the SIP processes balancing cash, cost & service targets for the company. Adhere to stock policies while keeping human and machine resources at the lowest cost, and within operational constraints (e.g. materials availability and equipment efficiency). Ensure and control the execution of the production schedule and ensure corrective actions in case of deviations 5)Collect and consolidate from Manufacturing regular (weekly) update on resource capacity, capability, manufacturing assumptions and availability. 6)Collaborate with resource leads (or manufacturing contact) who are the single point of contact in manufacturing affiliates in standardized and synchronized manner. Follow up on getting all inputs and escalate in case of non availability of required inputs on time. 7)Provide mid & long term Capacity Inputs to Capacity Planning team. 8)Manage exception situations (last moment machine breakdown, material arrival delays/quality hold, high criticality urgent production requests) using best judgement & alignment with the related stakeholders to ensure minimal impact on business. 9)Build and maintain partnership with key stakeholders; Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Manufacturing, MRP, Warehouse and Logistics Teams 10)Lead and participate in the assigned Supply Chain or Cross functional projects targeting to deliver productivity and/or efficiency in the processes.
