Within the eCommerce Team in the Business Consumer function, in London, we are therefore looking for a Manager eCommerce Channel Development. In this position you will be responsible for the definition, management and activation of new experiences to ensure channel critical metrics and business plan targets are achieved. YOU WILL: - Analyze data, customer feedbacks & benchmark best practices to define outstanding customer experiences - Develop detailed business requirements including strategic coordination of cross-channel partners –Brand, Product Marketing, Consumer Programs, Legal etc… - Provide briefing to creative agencies or internal UX/UI resources and ensure designed solutions meet business requirements - Follow the initiatives implementation from design to deployment in the pilot markets - Build & Communicate documentation to Headquarters & Markets partners providing an exhaustive overview of each project & associated performance results - Support markets local initiatives by providing strong eCommerce expertise and by ensuring a consistent customer experience WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH: - Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in related field - Experience in eCommerce/digital ideally in building new features or in conversion rate optimization activities - Great understanding of acquisition & retention programs/mechanism - Experience of driving UX & Design stakeholders - Experience of working with Web development teams - Detailed understanding of web development project phases - Solid Project Management skills - Familiar with Analytics & behavioral analysis tools WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
