We are looking for an IT Solution Lead Web who will be responsible to manage Philip Morris International corporate websites and other IT Corporate web properties portfolio of solutions by providing planning, implementation, delivery, platform operations, controls and continuous improvements executions. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? -Professional with min. 3 years of relevant work experience in IT with depth understanding of Service Management and Web Technologies; -Experience and exposure in Service Management and Project Management (Product Management experience would be an asset); -Experience in managing senior stakeholders; -Experience in managing team members and 3rd party vendors; -Hands-on experience and knowledge of AWS; -Excellent English communication skills in both written and spoken; -Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? -Conceptualize and co-design Philip Morris International corporate website and other IT Corporate web properties platforms, including its road map; -Establish and maintain strong business partnership in driving technology roadmaps for Philip Morris International corporate website and other IT Corporate web properties; -Ensure solution delivery is aligned with Solution Design, Technology Roadmap, IT Guiding Principles and PMI practices – especially for a solution delivered by 3rd party; -Prioritize Solution delivery pipeline/backlog including non-functional requirements; -Be the main point of contact for IT Consumer Global Comms for other IT platforms; -Manage end-to-end Service Management, including but not limited to: Change and Incident Management, Platform, Infrastructure, CI/CD, Other Supporting Services, Operational and Security; -Monitor supporting vendors’ KPI for all Philip Morris International corporate website and other IT Corporate web properties; -Ensure all web properties under management and its infrastructure complies with PMI IT and security standards; WHAT WE OFFER!
