Our Total Rewards (TR) function sits as a Centre of Expertise within People and Culture (HR) and provides strategic TR expertise across a range of projects and programs, and into markets and functions on a global basis. The TR COE team acts as advisor to P&C and business Markets, Functions & Regions and Product Teams for technical TR expertise, whilst bringing outside thinking in aligned to business strategy to address P&C-led business needs to enable P&C and the wider business. Total Rewards is a key partner in attracting, retaining, motivating, and engaging the talented workforce needed to deliver the business objectives. We have two Manager vacancies in the Strategy, M&A, and PMO pillar of our TR COE team. These are newly created positions. The purpose of this team includes accountabilities under each area mentioned within the team title, such as: Coordination and management of M&A activity from due diligence stage onwards ; the setting up and governance of strategic programs and projects for the function, globally ; ensuring efficient structuration of TR work under PBO (Project Based Organization) framework, also, managing the efficient application of TR resources and budget to deliver against strategic objectives. This team will also be responsible for tracking progress and performance of the TR function globally and having a central view of demand for PBO work. The roles can be either located in the UK (London) or Poland (Krakow). Please note that remote working options are available for those positions. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ? • 7+ years of relevant experience in the Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards function • Experience working on multiple M&A projects from a Total Rewards perspective, from due diligence phase onwards • Good working knowledge of the A-Z of Total Rewards principles, programs, and practices • Experience working across multiple countries / geographies and business functions • Experience working in Total Rewards related project teams and leading projects • Experience of P&C / HR transformation and change projects • High level of analytical skills, comfortable with complex data gathering, interpretation and analysis • A very strong attention to detail and a curious mind • A solution provider and a consumer centric mindset • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities at the same time • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities • Ability to convert and translate complex and sometimes messy information into a coherent and digestible format which delivers clear insights • Ability to make sound recommendations using internal and external information, policies, trends • Able to manage multiple global and regional stakeholders inside People and Culture (HR), across other functions including M&A, Finance, Legal, the business, and externally • Experience of program design and policy writing • Strong relationship building and communication Define and cascade consolidated TR strategy, ensuring effective transcription of PMI priorities in OGSMs • Ability to operate in an environment which may be ambiguous • Confident dealing with people at all levels including presenting, challenging, advising and influencing senior business leaders • A strong work ethic and action oriented • Highly competent using and presenting with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. WHAT WE OFFER YOU?
