WHAT WE OFFER? We offer an opportunity to join our Sales management team in PML headquarters in Tel Aviv. The selected candidate will manage the Sales analytical and strategic areas, while providing a meaningful insight to influence the decision making and execution while support the alignment between Sales team and the multifunctional teams in the Headquarters. The position will be part of an experienced and professional team that will help the selected candidate to build and develop his or her professional and business expertise. WHAT IS THE POSITION? The Manger Planning & Analytics reporting to the Head of Sales. Main responsibilities are: •Possess high level of the market landscape understanding, trends among consumers, retailers, geographies & channels to come up with a relevant data-based action plan. •Responsible for the company sales forecast for the short and long term. Provide sales analysis, track the sales progression while providing an actionable insight. •Integral part of the Business Development team on strategic streams and executions. •Lead the analytical field and data driven mindset capabilities in the Sales organization while professionally managing a community of 4 analysts. •Develop and transform brands' strategies into short/long commercial plans to achieve our business goals. Design different scenarios for the commercial activities looking on the return of investment. •Lead and manage the field of Project Management (PMO) methodologies within the Sales department. •Conduct commercial analysis and business reviews that support the company’s strategy, looking at public competitive activities, consumers’ behavior, geographies, and channels trends. •Enable and facilitate the interface between PML multifunctional teams and our FFs. Statistics/ Math/ Engineering/ Economy OR another quantitative field degree – Advantage •Vast experience in a commercial/business analytic role (3 years at least). •Minimum 2 years in managerial position. •Sales or Marketing experience from FMCG companies – Advantage •Strong knowledge and expertise of office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – Must •Extensive Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) – Must •Fluent English and Hebrew – read, write, and present – Must •Valid work permit in Israel
