As part of Commercial Operations Team, you are expected to assist the events team with the design, planning, co-ordination and communication of vendors and self-initiated projects and gain a good understanding of internal agency roles, project stages and administrative processes to aid the smooth management from initial brief to final build, delivery and project reporting YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about s trategy, adjustments, and progress •Analyze a dataset to identify improvement areas and propose a new solution • Assist in preparing and updating project administration documents, timelines, meeting notes, external contractor briefs, status reports and financial reports • Assist with managing the creative and delivery output process, including briefing client feedback to team members and assist in managing delivery of key stages of work • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan • Ensure that the day-to-day operations of projects are transitioned effectively to Project Managers • Ensure Risks and Issues are being tracked and mitigated/resolved • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices • Proven working experience as a project administrator • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Good analytical skills • A natural team player attitude • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office •Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree of University • Proficiency in spoken/written Korean/English OTHERS • Contract Type - Permanent • Work location - Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea HOW TO APPLY • Go PMI career site, "" and set ‘South Korea’ and search for the job • Click ‘Apply Now’ button and ‘Upload a File’ for new applicants • Upload your English Resume either in Word or PDF format (merge your files into one file named as your English name, i.e., CV Gildong Hong) • Fill in basic information such as employment and education • Create password and submit application
