If you want to make a life-changing impact on consumers, there’s no better place! For our Consumer team in Global Studios, United Kingdom we are therefore looking for a Manager, Acquisition! The main purpose of the role is to accelerate growth of our Smoke Free Products and orchestrate the end to end design, deployment and delivery of Acquisition initiatives, in close collaboration with the Global Head of Lead Generation. Together you are expected to work within a large cross-functional project team (Category Management, Omnichannel, Commercial, Brand, Insights, finance etc.) to successfully bring Acquisition initiatives to life, in line with the overall growth and category strategy, ensuring a seamless and impactful roll-out across markets and regions. Data driven decision making, consumer at the core mentality, high proficiency in omnichannel and digital activation, project and time management skills, drive to deliver with impact and strong leadership skills to influence across the organization, regions and markets are critical characteristics for the ideal candidate. The role will report to the Global Head of Lead Generation. You will: • Act as lead for respective Acquisition initiatives, accountable for E2E design, deployment, and delivery of a meaningful and impactful program, and toolbox development, in line with the program SOP, market needs, and system capabilities. • Bring innovative solutions to accelerate growth of our different Smoke Free Products targeting multiple Legal Age Smoker cohorts in the different stages of the consumer journey and across channels • Work with data and consumer insights to formulate scalable solutions implementable in various markets across the globe with varying regulatory restrictions and consumer dynamics. • Ensure each initiative fits seamlessly to the overall Acquisition strategy for our different Categories (Heat not Burn, Vaping etc.) and that measurement and tracking tools are developed and deployed, for further enhancements and consistent performance tracking • Work closely with markets to pilot new initiatives to further improve performance and ensure results scalability, while factoring in legal requirements, cost drivers and overall business impact • Collaborate with finance and performance tracking teams to ensure KPIs and costs are consistently measured across markets and reflected in the Global RRP Dashboard and measurement cockpit • Orchestrate the discussions on assets creation needed for respective Acquisition initiatives and co-ordinate developments with brand teams. • Design, update and ensure adherence of Standard Operating Procedures, reviewing escalations, ensuring alignment with key partners, providing regular updates on deployment status and recommendations on enhancements for future developments • Define the overall business requirements for system capability builds, acting as capability owner for respective initiatives • Leverage on future trends (AI, predictive modeling, automation etc.), supporting the development of forward looking projects, together with the key design markets and SMEs (insights, audience teams, IT teams, etc). We’re looking for someone with: • BSc Degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing or relevant field • Experience in Business Development and Growth initiatives • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to connect the dots, articulate a clear forward looking roadmap and objectives, while ensuring to gather data and consumer insights to propel program performance at a global scale • End-to-end capability on program design, value proposition definition, implementation and performance monitoring with high performance records • Proficient in omnichannel activation with the ability to connect offline and online channels • Comfortable and able to work in complex, challenging and performance driven environment • Forward leaning attitude to overcome obstacles, create new value and achieve great results • Strong team player with good collaboration skills, who can deliver through others and understanding of PBO principles • Strong leadership skills and managerial experience, with the ability to influence across the organization, the regions and core markets What we offer Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
