Your ‘day to day As Digital Programs Lead, you will be responsible for leading the acquisition, retention and development, launch and ongoing execution of programs related to engagement across multiple platforms. You will ensure complete understanding of product and legal age nicotine users with a consumer first lens. You will be accountable for: - Supporting the development of new programs across multiple platforms and working closely with Consumer Journey team to ensure programs are in line with the relevant consumer experience - Managing and supporting on execution for annual calendar with timely execution on campaigns for all programs. Ensure content support for all campaigns and closely work with CRM Lead and brand team for all content deliverables - Analyzing performance of existing programs and making recommendations to optimize performance of programs, focused to provide best offering by keeping consumer spends margin vis-a-vis overall discounts to obtain best ROI - Sharing daily/weekly/monthly updates on on-going campaigns with performance with recommendations and working closely with both Consumer Journey and Product teams to define enhancements / new developments for all programs - Working closely with the Consumer Journey / Product / Legal / Digital teams to update on results/learnings as well as design and development of any new program. Open to constant experimentation, using FFWD methodology, ensure through understanding of legal environment and competition for all programs. - Being involved in the Net Satisfaction Score (NSS) program for Digital, including call backs and huddles to align data and insights based on survey sources, reviewing feedback and developing & implementing solutions. Making sure legal / data privacy teams are on board to ensure adequate data control measures - Work with internal stakeholders (B2C team) for any enhancement or development on new or existing programs YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE - College or University Degree related to Business Studies/Digital Marketing - 5+ years of experience in brands and management of related programs. - Strong understanding of metrics pertaining to loyalty programs and analytical skills to optimize loyalty - Strong background and understanding/developing strategies across customer lifecycle - Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content.
