Line Lead (Primary) Responsibilities: • Leads the assigned production line (s) responsibly 24 hours a day to deliver the business result, ie the production volume planned in accordance with the budget, as well as compliance with all safety and quality requirements. • Implement and fully utilize the Integrated Management System (IMS), PMI standards and policies. • Is responsible for the line (s) for: (a) Elimination of incidents, (b) Trigger for quality, (c) Cleaning, inspection and lubrication, and (d) Daily management systems (DMS) for defect management. • Is responsible for tracking safety measurements, quality trigger, incident elimination, cleaning, inspection, lubrication, defect management DMS and production results. • Creates effective working relationships with all stakeholders through good communication, a positive attitude and a strong collaboration to enable the team to achieve the commercial result. • Effectively manages and motivates the team to achieve the results of the designated line. Regularly trains the team to develop their capabilities and skills in day-to-day management systems in accordance with IMS, encourages the technical development of each team member to strengthen the team's acquired knowledge and autonomy. • Develops, drives and reviews autonomously the general 90-day plans to determine innovative results in the performance of the car, to address losses from unplanned (un) operational time. Provide standard tools for solving chronic line / line problems in a timely manner, such as IPS, 6W2H and UPS. • Is responsible for providing maintenance to-do lists and conducts maintenance activities in the designated team to ensure the stability, predictability and reliability of operations. • Ensures full compliance with local laws, company and IMS policies and practices. Qualifications: • Minimum high school diploma with technical profile, higher education in the technical field will be considered an advantage; • Orientation towards results and good technical skills; • Leadership; • Establishing and planning activities, priorities and problem solving; • Good communication and management skills of a team; • Sustained attention to detail; • Fluent level of written and spoken English; • Knowledge of the Romanian language is mandatory.
