Information Protection & Governance Analyst

Specific responsibilities will include: • Plan and lead reviews of systems and services for compliance with Company requirements in the areas of information security and information management • Identify and address information risks via engagement with Company stakeholders and insights from internal and external cyber intelligence sources • Demonstrate attention to emerging cyber security risks (e.g. around cloud-based solutions, big data or robotics) and collaborate with internal and external partners towards new strategies and procedures to address these • Drive information risk reduction activities in close collaboration with internal IT and business departments and external vendors • Sustain the deployment of local components of the Company Privacy Program and the embedding of privacy into local operations, including to monitor and drive data privacy compliance, maintain inventory of data processing activities, provide guidance on privacy obligations, facilitate/review DPIAs • Coordinate Company practices for management of electronic and hard copy records • Provide employees and contractors with compelling awareness/training and actionable guidance on information security (including data privacy) and information management Required skills: • University degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or other relevant degree • Three or more years of work experience as an IT professional in mid to large-size organizations with hands-on system implementation and support exposure to large and diverse business systems and IT infrastructure, preferably cloud based • At least three years of experience in domains of information protection & risk management, IT security/cybersecurity, IT audit or IT controls • One or several certifications, e.g. from EC-council, GIAC/SANS, ISACA, ISC2, will be an asset • Solid knowledge of ITIL processes, project management incl. Agile methodologies • Have or be willing to acquire knowledge regulations on Information Systems (SOX, GDPR, GxP, etc.) • Fluency in written and spoken Russian and English • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work cross-functionally and comfort about recurring access to Company higher management
