MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: • Implement sales strategy through efficient management of territory and in a responsible and consistent manner • Identify and plan a volume potential, analyze sales and business trends and performance in order to prepare effective sales plan in the assigned area of responsibility. Propose a Business Builders sales plan, share responsibility for its fulfilment, ensure a professional evaluation after given time period • Build and maintain constructive and productive long-term partnership with customers on assigned territory and distributor representatives • Ensure implementation of commercial, distribution and marketing activities within assigned area. • Act as the Manager responsible for Business Builders’ KPIs across assigned territory • Align targets and activities of subordinates operating in their assigned environments. • Ensure effective teamwork via regular guidance, coaching and professional training of team members. Encourage initiatives to allow subordinates maximize their potential in the job • Monitor and analyze market information in order to maintain comprehensive knowledge of the district • Plan and control the use of the approved budget necessary for the implementation of plans and regional development strategies • Lead the team in order to ensure brand performance and launch of new products in defined trade categories in the district. • Manage a POS selection for availability support based on district, trade category knowledge and territory synergies. • Coach and motivate subordinates towards outstanding performance and development of their potential. EDUCATION AND KEY REQUIREMENTS: • University degree • 3+ years of experience in sales, distribution, consumer engagement or brand building • Language skills: Armenian, Russian – fluent; English – upper-intermediate • Proficient user of Microsoft Office products • Driving license B, experienced driver.
