The job includes volume & financial analysis and audit, moving fast from commercial to financial perspective and vice versa. Your ‘day to day’ You will be part of the Finance Team and, as Financial Planning Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for the Market counterparts (Business Planning/ Partners, Financial Planning and Reporting teams) to provide analytical support as needed. You will support the Integrated Business Planning process (from volume/tax and pricing assumptions to revenue forecasting) and you will establish a solid and fruitful collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Specific responsibilities include: • Manage, together with off-site team, the users, volume, price, excise tax models and prepare financial simulations and modelling for market. You will translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations to support decision making and business strategy • Business planning: preparation of business assumptions, budget and forecast making sure identified business opportunities are considered • Deliver proper and on time inputs for revenue forecasting. Supports the reporting and /or extracts relevant data to perform analysis and support business presentations • Contributes to an Integrated Business Planning process, ensuring reliability and consistency, liaising with Commercial functions and Operations • Participates in the process continuous improvement in collaboration with Market and COE (Centre of Expertise for revenue forecasting) teams. Who we’re looking for • Graduation in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field. MBA is a plus • Preferred 1-2 year experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Sales Planning, Business Intelligence or anyway in departments with high level of analytical content in multinational company • Experience in global forecasting and reporting system • Very strong analytical skills (e.g., Scenario analysis, data modelling) • Technology savvy and knowledge of global financial and reporting system • Ability to work in team and under pressure • Stakeholder management and strong communication skills • Fluency in English and Italian languages. • Proficiency in Excel What’s ‘nice to have’ • Flexibility to understand different perspectives • Learn on the fly • Team player, positive attitude and willingness to share competencies • Project Management Skills, agility to work in complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines. • Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to details.
