Purpose of the Job: Contribute in the efficiency & sustainability of the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub overall processes and activities and support reporting of the continuous achievement of the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub performance targets. (1) Enable PDCA process in RPH, run performance overview for RPH management (2) Conduct the process for OB/RF budget inputs preparation and submission to Finance. (3) Coordinate the identification of capability building needs and eliminate the capability gaps by coordinating the provision of the required trainings. (4) Monitor and measure the Service Level adherence of Business Service Provider and follow-up on action plans. (5) Coordinate the communication activities directed to internal & external parties of RPH (6) Run the continuous improvement ideas collection and coordinate their evaluation & implementation with Global Process Owners. Ensures availability of Master Data in RPH for the global systems. (7) Monitor the adherence to Tolling/Contract Manufacturing compliance principles by ensuring that all relevant information & documentation are filed properly (where applicable) Accountabilities: PDCA Process & Performance Management: Conduct PDCA process in RPH in line with the global standards, run performance overview for RPH management. Support target setting for the RPH processes, and report of the actual results vs. targets. Facilitate the process of action plan definition for the gaps vs. targets and manage the monitoring of action plan completion. Consolidate the projects targeted to deliver performance improvement, productivity, and organizational efficiency, organize their regular monitoring with the RPH management team. Submit the required inputs in the defined frequency & deadlines to Sync Hub Governance team. Budgeting & Budget Control: Support the preparation & consolidation for OB/RF budget inputs timely to ensure effective utilization of the company resources. Support reporting of actuals vs. budget (OB & RF) and highlighting of deviations timely to define root cause & corrective actions. Capability Building: Coordinate identification of the capability building needs (based on the assessment of the organization vs. the qualification matrixes of the positions) to define the capability building gaps, and implement the plan to close the gaps by leveraging on various training solutions (e-learnings, classroom trainings, etc.). Monitor the training plan completion by the RPH organization via regular reports. Cooperate with Global Process Owners & Sync Hub Governance to enrich the available trainings based on the qualification requirements. Deliver trainings on the Governance & Continuous Improvement processes. Business Service Provider Governance: Monitor the performance and SLA adherence of Business Services Provider by collecting the performance inputs from the related departments, and facilitating action plans development to address performance gaps and monitoring the status of action plans implementation in coordination with Sync Hub Governance team. Act as the key point of contact for Sync Hub Governance team for all topics concerning Business Service Provider performance at RPH. Communication: Coordinate the communication activities directed to internal & external parties of RPH. Support Head of RPH with the communication requirements. Process, Systems & Master Data Governance and Continuous Improvement: Facilitate the continuous improvement activities for processes & systems to ensure the efficiency & sustainability of RPH operations. Run the process of continuous improvement ideas collection & evaluation process in cooperation with Sync Hub Governance and Global Process Owners. Monitor & support the implementation of the approved ideas. Drive the process efficiency of user support for systems, and cooperates with IS & Super Users community to improve user support performance. Conducts the Supply Chain planning Master Data governance activities at RPH in line with Sync Hub Governance by identifying the root causes for the repetitive cases of missing / incorrect Master Data, facilitating the action plans development and monitoring & supporting their implementation by internal & external parties involved. EHSS & Compliance: Ensure that all accountabilities & activities are carried out in full compliance with the related PMI Principles & Practices, standards and laws & regulations and Environmental, Health & Safety norms in order to maintain sustainable legal compliance in all these areas, eliminate potential accidents and losses. Monitor the adherence to Tolling/Contract Manufacturing compliance principles by ensuring that all relevant information & documentation are filed properly (where applicable). Skills and Competencies: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related fields Masters Degree in Business Adminstration or Supply Chain Management is a plus Fluent in written & spoken English Excellent written and verbal communication skills +5 years of experience in various areas of Supply Chain with Supply/Capacity Planning experience as a must. Experience leading diverse projects at same time 3rd party service provider management experience is an asset
