As Digital Trade Deployment Executive, you will be in thrust into the new frontier of Trade Engagement, with digital at the core of everything you do. We will need your strategic mind, creative thinking, and agility to provide our partner retailers with hard-working and exciting communications via Appwards. YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • Translate business objectives and executional requirements into a Communication Strategy and seek necessary approvals to said strategy. You will also conduct feasibility on plans as required in coordination with internal and external stakeholders as well as undertake field visits to gain a holistic understanding of target audience, segmentation, and consumer insight • Develop and prepare Content Plan detailing timely and accurate executional requirements, audiencing, and publishing timelines while ensuring adherence of executions to branding and regulatory mandatories • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and adjust plans and executions as a result of this continuous collaboration. You will partner with agencies to ensure content released remains consistent with established brand identity. • Prepare and analyze reports and make data-drive recommendation for pivots or optimizations. You will keep abreast on digital marketing trends and make recommendation on process & platform improvements, and exploration of emerging formats • Ensure operational adherence to budget by monitoring and reporting on actuals and to-spend WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You must have a bachelor’s degree, and at least 1 year of working experience in Sales, Trade Marketing and/or have experience in project management, data management and analysis, market research and content strategy. You have strong analytical, presentation, planning, organizational skills, and can lead/support a number of projects with tight deadlines. Exposure to development and implementation of brand/ marketing and sales strategies is an advantage. You must be amenable to be assigned in Taguig with Mondays to Fridays, generally 8:30 am to 5:30 pm shift.
