Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products. We’re looking for customer-centric people with strong B2C experience to play a part in this major marketing transformation. Your ‘day to day’ Contributes for delivering brand building, brand awareness, consideration, intent to buy and retention for RRP (Reduced Risk Products), embedding the global brand guidelines in the cluster, and executing all internal and consumers communications related initiatives. 1. Accountable for the Andean Cluster content execution for RRP (Reduced Risk Products) brands, products, accessories, consumables and services, across Internal & Consumer interface, in collaboration with channel leads. Content deployment and production in the channels is done by Trade Marketing for human-interface channels and by Digital for digital channels. 2. Liaise with local Legal and Corporate Affairs departments to provide them with all the information to check contents/initiatives and to perform a proper risk assessment if needed. Guarantee the proper process in order to ensure the approvals. 3. Working with external marketing agencies, global transcreation agency and local creative agencies, with the aim to create and provide proper and clear briefings, to develop / localize the communication materials for Internal and Consumer interface. 4. Continuously assess and monitor brand and product communications effectiveness in his/her channels to optimize awareness, acquisition, retention and NPS. 5. Coordinate all relevant departments, including Portfolio, Finance and Sales, to ensure an effective information flow. Who we’re looking for - A minimum of a University degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar. - At least 4 years of experience in marketing or consumer focus commercial areas. - Proven experience working with brand strategy, purpose, positioning and creative initiatives, campaigns and working closely with agencies. - Preferable experience in content creation, and integrated marketing communications planning from insights to deployment. - Solid understanding of events BTL and brand experiences. - Is a must to have knowledge in project management & FFWD or Agile ways of working. - Experience with consumer knowledge, insights & Analytics into action. - Understanding of trends and ability to respond to consumer’s needs, expectations and wishes. - Creativity and ability to produce innovative and impactful ideas. - Is a must to have the understanding and proven experience in FCMG. - Advanced English level is required, capable of maintaining conversations with others on daily basis. - Collaborate and apply a global mindset - delivering strong results in closer partnership with others across work areas. - Excellent verbal and written skills, with high aesthetic sensitivity and a creative mindset.
