Your ‘day to day’ You will be employed at the London office, you will support the Product function globally to drive the definition, development and deployment of an end-to-end technical capability build strategy. You will initially be an individual contributor with a view to expand the team further once the strategy and approaches are defined. The key responsibilities of the role are as follows: • Work with the global Product, P&C (People & Culture) and the Learning Centre of Excellence, to craft the technical capability build roadmap, in line with the defined technical career pathways and supporting competency framework • Work with other functions’ Capability Build teams (e.g. in Consumer, Operations, Life Sciences and IT) to identify common areas for collaboration and ensure coherence of the Product Capability Build activities • Help identify training roadmaps, integrate with internal learning applications and build a core competency training program for each sub-function • Develop the Product Academy concept and core elements, working with P&C to integrate technical, leadership and core capabilities and using multiple tools in a truly blended approach to training in the function (e.g. formal learning interventions, external certifications, online courses, conferences, masterclasses etc.) • Supervise the impact of the learning interventions via a well-constructed set of relevant metrics • Stay abreast of groundbreaking learning tools and methods to optimize impact to the business and Product colleagues and drive continuous improvement Who we’re looking for • University Degree in a technical domain, preferably in Engineering or Science • Expertise in shaping, developing and deploying 70-20-10 learning interventions in highly technical and global environments • Experience in delivering training interventions • Excellent communications and presentation skills • Self-starter mentality, able to develop and drive solutions from scratch • Proficient in English in both oral and written communication What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
