For our Consumer Programs team Global Studio, London we are therefore looking for a Manager Program Youth Access Prevention (YAP)/Responsible Marketing Practices! (Rollout Planning and Implementation). The purpose of the role is to orchestrate design localization to implementation work for Responsible Marketing Practices Program (RMP) in close collaboration with the Entrepreneur / Global Head of YAP /Responsible Marketing and Manager RMP Design and Testing. Together you will work within cross-functional projects team (Omnichannel, Commercial, Brand, Insights and Markets) to successfully bring Responsible Marketing Practices into life across RRP portfolio and ensuring roll-out across markets and regions with adherence to program SOPs, activation strategy and Global toolbox. You will drive synchronization across Markets and commercial leads and SMEs for timely deliverables and effectively manage the risk log. Data driven decision making, high proficiency in marketing technology, project and time management skills, strong learning agility and leadership skills are critical characteristics for the ideal candidate. The role will report to the Global Head of YAP /Responsible Marketing in Acquisition and Conversion team. You will: • Orchestrate design localization, in-market tests and implementation for RMP with Program stream leads and markets in alignment with the Program Entrepreneur and PMO • Manage risk log, mitigate risks with contingency plan and trigger escalation for approvals and decision making • Together with Entrepreneur map commercial rollout of RMP with OC Commercial, Regions and Market (4 market archetypes) • Deliver consumer testing per key market architypes (2 market archetypes) • Guard adherence of in-market RMP journey to global SOPs, toolbox and performance KPI’s matrix to ensure consistency in process across PMI • Lead hypercare phase with market and OC functions (Consumer, Commercial, Legal and IT) • Prepare market activation and ensure support from the Omnichannel operations • Deliver localization of RMP Journey and assets ( 4 market archetypes) • Support the Entrepreneur in building RMP rollout updates for various governance forums • Provide feedback to deployment blueprint of omnichannel execution and toolbox designs • Co-ordinate key partners for the management and support of Jira tickets related to market activation of Responsible Marketing Practices Program • Work closely with RMP PMO in OC and markets to ensure deliverables, respect timings and mitigate risks across RMP Program Streams We’re looking for: • BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field • Experience within the commercial organization. Preference towards the programs team but other areas will be also considered • End-to-end responsibility of program design localization, implementation and performance monitoring with high performance records • Omnichannel program deployment including experience design and analytics for digital channels • Previous experience as a project manager will be a plus • PMI Commercial Engine understanding; product portfolio, consumer context, channels and Omnichannel capabilities • Analytical thinking and ability to pull out data to improve program performance • Familiarity with PBO principles • Forward leaning attitude that overcomes obstacles to achieve great results • Standout colleague with good collaboration skills who is able to deliver through others • Managerial experience and strong leadership skills What we offer Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
