Your ‘day to day’ As the P&ED (Product & Experience Delivery) Governance and Controls Manager, it is your responsibility to support P&ED through advice and active monitoring and governance of service assets, compliance and application of prevailing document and data legislation, firm policies and standards. Draft, maintain and roll-out governance and controls framework that supports P&ED Operations in partnership with the different teams within P&ED. This role will play a key part in enabling the business to ensure consistent delivery of services by establishing a process documentation controls regime, capacity plan framework, inter-affiliate agreement governance model and P&ED charging mechanism. Further the role will ensure business continuity by establishing the business continuity management framework and annual activity calendars. • Build and maintain capacity planning framework, P&ED charging mechanism and inter-affiliate agreements governance model • Establish a process document review regime • Build the employee care concierge and issue escalation framework • Build and maintain business continuity management framework and annual activity calendars • Drive the controls culture (1st line of defense) and monitor compliance to chart of controls application Who we’re looking for • Relevant degree or professional qualification in Finance is preferred but not required • 15+ years of total experience, at least 7+ years in risk management, internal audit, governance and controls experience is required. • Preference will be given to those in the finance and HR shared services environment • Experience in project management and framework implementation is a must • Proven ability to work cross-functionally exercising leadership through influence, persuasion and negotiation • Excellent relationship management skills • Ability to prepare assessment reports, presentations and findings • Strong communication and coordination skills, assertive, detailed and results oriented What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
