As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will: • Develop effective business relationships with key stakeholders at varying levels within your territory, creating retail engagement and advocacy using remote resources (i.e. phone/email) to effectively improve our performance; • Execute top-down, Always On business strategies as required within your territory, by leveraging trading terms, pricing relativities and programs with a focus on trade programs (both strategic and tactical), • By analysing territory and outlet performance, Create business plans linked to available tools to grow your territories performance • Execution of outbound calls in line with plan, ensuring sales volume is maximised through effective pre-planning & a thorough understanding of the key objectives set for each call. Achieve the right balance between efficiency, productivity and quality to optimise outcomes. We’re looking for: • Previous experience in sales roles with an existing customer base is preferred, we are looking for our next sales superstar! • Passionate about customer service • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with data led insights to our retailers; • Analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into structured plans to improve overall performance; • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Software (Excel and Outlook); • Curiosity - someone who is proactive with a solutions focus.
