We are looking for a People and Culture Manager, Operations (P&C – our HR function) who will work in İzmir and be responsible for driving the development and deployment of People & Culture strategy in collaboration with Manager P&C Operations, respective Head of Functions and Employees. Your ‘DAY TO DAY’: In this position, you will support Manager P&C Operations to design and execute a local People & Culture strategy that puts the employee experience at the center, support affiliate/functional internal transformation and ensure the most efficient operations in coordination with local, regional and global teams. You will partner with functional leaders & people managers to deliver functional strategy by building people and organization capabilities and transforming culture, while closely engaging with the organization. Main Responsibilities: •Supports the development and implementation of People and Culture strategy, deploys key P&C products and services, provides consulting and advisory support to build value through people to ensure that business objectives are exceeded. •Supports people managers and organization development on the cultural transformation, change of behaviors, mindset and new capability building, be an active change agent driving and supporting organizational and cultural transformation in deploying OPEN+ methodology. •Supports deployment of key P&C products and services in areas of Organizational design, Talent and Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Onboarding, Inclusion & Diversity etc. Adapts and aligns available service portfolio to meet local/functional requirements and business needs and executes solution delivery (internally and/or externally). •Ensures full compliance of P&C processes and guidelines in line with local legislation and PMI standards. Provides necessary trainings and education programs for Line managers / employees. •Keeps track of functional KPI's, anticipates and highlights any trends that requires attention. Identifies, proposes and implements improvement initiatives aimed at improving service quality, KPIs, level of satisfaction, etc. Requirements: •Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred •Min. 5 years of experience in Human Resources positions preferably in HR Business Partnering roles within Manufacturing / Production facilities or for big size Commercial functions. •Ability to effectively reach goals in complex, matrix, multinational working environment •Outstanding interpersonal relationship building, communication and employee coaching skills •Strong experience and capabilities, creative mind set with strong motivation to lead organizational transformation – change management related to IWS/OPEN+ or relevant will be a plus •Self-motivated and initiative taker, ability to drive continuous improvement with zero loss mindset with focus on efficiency and effectiveness •Open mindset to new technologies, agile ways of working, learning new systems •Advanced project management skills and understanding of design thinking •Experience on developing and managing Employee Experience Lifecycle •Well versed in HR disciplines: talent acquisition, organization design & project-based organization, change management, employee engagement, performance management, talent management, learning and leadership development etc. •Proven ability to plan, develop and implement strategic initiatives, programs, processes, on new ways of working, managing possible workforce & organization planning •In-depth knowledge of labor law and its execution also follow of the legal legislations •Ability to work across organizations and cultures to get things done •Flexible communication style to interact with employees at all levels in order to resolve complex issues •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both mother tongue and English •Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications What we offer: Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
