WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Proven track record in web/app/CRM digital product ownership, with at least 3+ years at a global level, either in startup, multinational organization, or respected digital/consultancy agency; at least 3+ years of experience in leading digital product teams • Is a customer obsessed, experienced design thinker, focused on delivering seamless user experience • Humble, human-centric leader focused on helping your team and colleagues to deliver and grow • Is able to assess the value, manage dependencies and prioritize stories and epics to ensure work focuses on items with maximum value aligned with the business needs • Has strong focus on prioritization and efficient delivery, fluently operating with various delivery methods (agile, waterfall), rapid prototyping, test and learn etc. • Has excellent understanding of digital marketing ecosystem and solutions from both, business and technical perspective, starting from mobile-first websites/apps development (frontend/backend), CRM/Marketing Automation Solutions (Salesforce.com stack preferred), Digital Analytics, Cloud Solutions • Has excellent communication, storytelling, interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • You will have the opportunity to experience working in a global team while working in cross-functional and multidisciplinary projects • You will build your network while gaining digital experience and bringing to life ideas in new channels from A to Z • You will gain experience collaborating with different agencies, from creative to digital and leverage on different tools from our global digital ecosystem • Seize the freedom to define your future and ours. In this position you will be responsible for our own digital products used to support digital marketing activities globally in 50+ markets. Working closely with Global Head of Digital CC and Manager of Global Programs and Market Success, you will have opportunity to orchestrate digital ecosystem, products, and integrations between them, ensuring realization of functional strategies and business objectives. • Define and drive customer-centric product ecosystem strategy and roadmap, collaborating with key stakeholders to identify new capabilities, features, and growth opportunities across owned digital products (web-apps/content management platforms/CRM/databases) • Be working closely with the Manager Global Programs and Market Success as well as Global Head of Digital CC to deliver new product features and help us deliver value for our market customers as well as accelerate adoption • Own product development and outcomes in an entrepreneurial sense by managing product life cycle, including prioritization and review meetings as well as annual development budget • Own on schedule delivery of high-quality releases and communicate progress on outcomes to stakeholders across the organization, including senior management • Lead an agile product team, consisting of talented frontend and backend developers, technical lead, UX, analytics experts and other external agency resources • Take ownership for running/maintaining the solution once developed, working with our IT and technology teams to ensure smooth functioning and timely reactions under SLA process
