Digital is a fundamental foundation for our ambitions, as so many consumers and smokers interact with brands and each other through digital touchpoints. The Digital function is responsible for creating experiences to motivate awareness, consideration, activation, loyalty, and the Digital Services required to enable these experiences. This team is helping to establish our modern communications vision and lead the execution of new projects, capabilities, and programs. PMFTC is seeking talented people to join its Digital Channel team. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital RRP, the Manager New Digital Solutions and Channels is responsible for managing, developing, and innovating digital engagement capabilities for the Philip Morris Reduce Risk Products. Digital solutions include web portals, branded/unbranded websites, instant messaging, chatbots, mobile apps, and other technology solutions to address customer needs. This role will collaborate with stakeholders across various functions such as Legal & EA, Marketing and IT to understand key business and customer objectives, understand technology solutions and dependencies, define best-in-class user experiences, and analyze data to inform digital capability roadmaps. In addition, this role demands an intimate understanding of the LAS (legal aged smokers), LANU (legal aged nicotine users), and Legal aged user customer journeys. And drive the creation of key deliverables such as (not limited to) service blueprints, experience maps, and digital ecosystem models that will help articulate the future state digital customer experience. Your day to day: • Identify, develop, and launch digital solutions/channels (web, mobile apps, etc.) to meet current and future customer needs across LAS, LANU, and LAUs journeys. • Define end-to-end processes for new digital services models and channels, increasing execution capabilities. • Define creative, high-quality product roadmaps based on their digital business strategy and vision for digital services and products. • Innovate and improve new and existing digital features. • Manage multiple stakeholders (business and functional). You must have: • Strong understanding of digital technologies and the applicability of these technologies to enable solution development and scaling of digital offers. • Proven experience of successfully delivering systems in a large matrixed organization. • Significant development expertise in B2C and / or B2B focused industries. • Effective communication skills, written and verbal. • At least 10-12 years relevant experience in commercial marketing, digital marketing and brand management. You must be amenable to be assigned in the main office at The Finance Center, BGC Taguig City, with Mondays to Fridays, with generally 8:30 am to 5:30 pm shift.
