As Indirect Retail Executive, you will identify and convert adult smokers from combustible tobacco products (who would otherwise continue to smoke) to our smoke-free products by successfully finding opportunities to inform, engage and switch Legal Age Smokers (LAS) to our smoke-free products in identified Modern Trade Establishments (CVS, Kiosks & Tobacconists) in NCR and strategic tourist destinations outside of Metro Manila. The commercialization of our smoke-free products requires the identification of the right consumer at the right touch points, at the right time to engage with them on a very effective and responsible way achieving agreed commercial targets (doors activated, guided trials, IQOS device sales) and conversion rate objectives (Guided Trial to Sale %). Your ‘day to day’ • Lead and operationalize IQOS modern trade projects or programs focused on Legal Age Users (LAU) acquisition to contribute to guided trials and IQOS device sales. • Support IQOS conversion by informing current LAS consumers to our smoke-free products in identified modern trade establishments/doors maximizing awareness in identified accounts in close collaboration with the National Key Accounts team. • Manage reporting and relevant information for IQOS-Modern Trade engagements in accordance with agreed KPIs. • Constantly collaborate and regularly communicate with Indirect Retail's Coach Team Leads ensuring timely and efficient Coachforce operations in Modern Trade establishments. • Provide feedback and insights to help identify improvements in Modern Trade (Coaches/B2B) engagement and operational efficiencies, propose alternative engagements as necessary, in order to address relevant consumer needs. • Engage identified and strategic Modern Trade establishments (CVS/Petrols) in expansion areas/tourist destinations outside of Metro Manila (when applicable) to maximize awareness for both IQOS and presence of DVA's/e-commerce within the expansion territory. • Ensure timely and consistent reporting and budget-tracking of activities in relevant channel Who we’re looking for: • At least five years in commercial organization with background in Territory/Area Sales, NKA and/or CE planning/deployment/activation/territory management. • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Strong collaboration, project management, and communication skills • Ability to multitask and work within ambiguity • Ability to work and enhance our overall digital paid approach, in partnership with Digital Media Agencies What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
