As Consumer Experience - Senior Data Analyst, you are an integral part of the Consumer Experience team and a true change agent of becoming a Project-Based Organisation and implementing our new ways of working and decision processes. Your “day to day” • Insights Interpretation and Collaboration: o Work with Consumer Experience teams to prioritize business and information needs o Have a good understanding of data management principles and technologies including metadata management, data modeling, data lineage, data dictionaries, data warehousing etc. o Good combination of business and technical skills is required to effectively work with all stakeholders, understand business challenges or technical challenges o Combine B2B2C and B2C analytics and finding across various data sources across digital and non-digital channels to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions for core programs across the consumer journey phases o Perform analysis for a wide range of requests using data in different methodology and from various platforms to create models that help analyse consumer experience challenges in Acquisition and Retention o Visualize findings, formulate actionable insights and communicate them to the local team and other respective parties for continuous enhancement to the consumer experience o Drive insights-automation capabilities and develop new data analysis processes which are scalable and consumer-centric. o Improving customer experience across the consumer journey phases by segmenting data and/or better using the existing database o Sharing intelligence with key internal stakeholders, including analysts from other functions, and support them understanding advanced analytics outcomes • Reporting: o Leverage on data visualization and reporting to monitor the impact of initiatives on major KPIs, also taking care of ad-hoc requests o Provide benchmarking/performance reporting and recommendation for B2B and B2C domains o Optimization of dashboards and reporting to enable productive ongoing reporting of consumer journey behavior and key learnings to inform real-time optimization and budget optimization of core programs across the consumer journey phases Essential skills and competencies: • Passionate about data and harnessing the value hidden in data. • Minimum 6 years as Data Analyst or Data Scientist or Biz Intelligence / Analytics. • Experience with programming and database querying languages (SQL, R, Python, VBA, ETL/DW, RPA) is desired. • Comfortable with reporting, analytics and data visualisation with highly numeric & system-based approach. • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI and Data Analytics tools. • Ability to work under pressure, keeping attention to details. • Strategic thinker and able to conceptualize solutions. • Strong people skills with proven influencing and delivery power to work across-functionally and collaborate. • Enthusiastic and ambitious self-starter with a strong drive for results. • Ability to embrace complexity, ambiguity and able to translate opportunities to experiment and simplify. • Demonstrates a strong curiosity to learn, sense of urgency, agility and a genuine commitment to revolutionizing the industry. • University Degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Engineering or equivalent.
