Your day to day Reporting to the Channel Manager, you'll be responsible for developing plans for allocated accounts and contribute to the development of multi-category channel strategy. This will involve having influence across trading, operations and supply chain within the account portfolio to ensure PML Share of Voice is increased, and category management approach is developed and implemented. With a strong focus on brand activation, this role is an opportunity to demonstrate your creativity. You’ll analyse performance and identify trends, issues and opportunities within the account portfolio and experiment with new ideas, responding to the needs of the business quickly and effectively! You’ll also be responsible for a team, working with them in terms of development, coaching and motivation to deliver consumer focused results. You will be working closely with the Channel Manger to conduct bi-monthly updates, discuss result and make sure compliance checks are in place to ensure all agreed activity has respective POP. You’ll also be in charge for the accuracy of the account submission relating to budget, Volume and Margin Retention. Who we’re looking for Your success comes from excellent relationships with key stakeholders within National Accounts and you have a proven track record of strong negotiations and activations as a result. You'll utilise your strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for growth and activation. To be truly successful, you’ll have previous experience in developing account strategies with national accounts and a good knowledge of using financial measurements (e.g margin/ORI, profitability calculations). You’ll enjoy being creative about your approach and demonstrate curiosity in diverse ways of thinking to building new ideas to benefit our consumers/customers. You are someone that works proactively to find solutions to problems, seeks continuous improvement and is not afraid to take calculated risks and adapt to changes quickly. You will have led teams in previous roles, and be able to demonstrate how you are able to successfully motivate and lead a team to hit their targets.
