C&B : Administer and execute timely C&B related programs which complies with local Labor Standard Law and PMI global guidelines. 2. IA/STA : Provide support and assistance to assignees and their families in the areas of international, short term and domestic moves. 3. MOD: Transactional support in staffing and report generation when needed. 4. General Office administration : Provide support on general office administration when needed. • Your Day to Day - P&C Ops focal point on HR data management - Payroll & Tax related coordination and execution - Reward & Retention related coordination and execution - Employment, Staffing and Exit Process Management - Employee Relations and HR ad-hoc projects - HR Reporting, Budget and Vendor Management • Who we're looking for - 2 to 3 years working experience, preferably in Human Resources C&B area - Knowledge of SAP system including HR2U will be preferred - Strong word, excel, and powerpoint skills - Fluent in English - Attention to details - Agile, and is able to work under pressure - Good communication skills and confidentiality - Ability to deal with ambiguous situations • What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
