RISE TO THE CHALLENGE PMFTC is seeking talented individuals to join our Digital Trade Engagement (DTE) Digital Platform Development Team at our head office in BGC. As a Digital Platform Development Executive, you will be one of our Community Managers for DTE Philippines, responsible for task publishing and assignment that drive key business objectives. This includes coordination on content, audience creation, user acceptance testing and revisions; making sure the platform is compliant to PMI policies, procedures, and regulatory/legal requirements. Your responsibilities: • As one of the Community Managers for Digital Trade Engagement (DTE) in the Philippines, you will lead task publishing and task assignment to drive key business objectives, including coordination on content, audience creation, user acceptance testing and revisions; making sure the platform is compliant to PMI policies, procedures, and regulatory/legal requirements. • Supports all Appwards initiatives by coordinating the platform’s monthly Content Calendar and ensuring optimal User Experience and Interface (UI/UX); while adhering to prescribed internal controls’ testing and documentation. • Manages task audiences by ensuring it is aligned with identified customer profiles: Internal, Region, Channel, Sales Office, Territory and Timing; and coordinates this with Information Technology (IT) and Content team. • Supports key DTE initiatives by leading any infrastructure developments, site maintenance requirements, and feasibility recommendations, together with the manager for Channel Execution. • Manage campaign-specific projects from briefing to development to implementation, ensuring customer experience is optimal and KPI’s are met. • Coordinates with DTE’s Rewards Partners to manage user complaints and any rewards reconciliation needed. • Analyzes key customer feedback and learnings to continuously improve Appwards user experience; which may influence content planning and innovation roadmap for Digital Trade Engagement. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You have a college degree; with 2 to 3 years working experience, preferably in Digital Marketing, Product Management or Commercial IT. Has led a project/ process improvement and or development of online programs related to delivering excellent customer experience. FMCG / General Trade customer experience exposure is an advantage. Familiarity in Salesforce services / solution is an advantage. Microsoft Excel proficiency is an advantage. You must be amenable to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City.
