Purpose: - Ensure Capability Training plans are developed and aligned with Commercial Operations and Channel needs with optimal effectiveness & efficiencies. - Continuously assess effectiveness of programs in enabling our customer facing representatives to deliver business goals and better ROI. Accountabilities: - Develop & align training deployment plan and calendar (launch/completion dates, set and cascade training KPI and eNPS) - Obtain alignment with Channels and Commercial Operations about the training needs and prioritization based on capability gap analysis - Develop contents from scratch or localization from Operation Center (Global HQ)/Marketing (further localization by Channel and platform (incl. talk scripts)) - Manage vendors to utilize their expertise and resources for specific training design and deployment - Manage global and local project managements for key NPL and capability development - Co-develop L&D infrastructures such as "We care" platform (with LMS lead) & knowledge exchange tool (B2C/B2B communication platform) - Manage the team to optimize outputs and engagement - Develop learning plan for commercial function and activate PDCA cycle as project lead. Also co-create competency framework for commercial function with global Commercial Capability Development and local deployment team and leverage it for creating competency based learning path. Skills and Competencies: - Bachelor or equivalent degree - Advanced English and Japanese skills - 3-5 year experience in L&D field in FMCG industry - Digital knowledge is a plus - Project Management Skills (Require PDCA creation) - Strategy building – Strategic vision, forward looking - High level of business understanding and perspective >Omni channel business experience (Sales, retail, digital/MK) >Collaboration with senior stakeholders - Advanced analytical skill
