YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Cross-functional management and implementation of commercial Acquisition Programs, (e.g. Lending, Member Gets Member, Leads) - Strategic targeting and further development of commercial Acquisition Programs - Development of new commercial Acquisition Programs based on consumer information (feedback, needs, etc.) - Development of an aligned "Risk Reduced Product" acquisition strategy based on business and consumer data, within the context of our project-based organization - Design of local Consumer Experiences in line with global guidelines to address the needs of different consumer segments and improve NPS and Customer Experience at each stage of the Consumer Journey - Ongoing evaluation and monitoring of consumer data and feedback to optimize the effectiveness of the Consumer Journey rollout and implementation as an internal consumer advocate for the acquisition phase YOUR PROFILE: - Completed business studies and relevant practical experience; ideally with a focus on business administration/marketing or comparable - At least 5 years of professional experience in FMCG, ideally in Sales and Marketing - Experience with Fast Forward and Project Based Organization methods and ways of working in Consumer Journey Projects, as well as their evaluation in NPS - "Consumer-Centric Mindset", strategic agility and innovative spirit - Strong project management and communication skills paired with high teamwork ability - Excellent stakeholder management abilities - Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented ways of working - Business fluent English, both written and spoken Do you want to be part of this transformation?
