Marketing & Digital team at PMI is dynamic, diverse and disruptive. Our PMI affiliate in Cyprus is growing so this is a fascinating time to join our talented team and make an impact in establishing a new business. Your ‘day to day’ -Accountable for e-commerce overall channel performance (KPIs, operations, etc.) – includes IQOS.com, marketplaces (where available), etc. Responsible for e-commerce commercial activities’ deployment, pricing, offers, volumes and stock in collaboration with Commercial Operations to ensure omni-channel execution -Design overall Go – To- Market and e-com specific strategy in close collaboration with Marketing and execute market activity calendar respectively. -Deploy all brand and product content across digital channels, supporting Marketing to trans-create global content and messages effectively to target the intended audience. Execute digital marketing campaigns, including content optimization to drive traffic to our online and offline touchpoints. -Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and leverage digital/performance analytics in order to continuously monitor and optimize e-commerce and commercial performance. Generate reports and insights on consumer interactions on digital channels (Web Analytics, etc.), for the benefit of the entire commercial organization -Manage and optimize digital budget to ensure effective and efficient execution of projects, programs and initiatives -Exploit regional and global PMI Digital Hubs and provided tools & assets to their full potential to ensure effective in market execution. Responsible to develop digital understanding across Commercial Organization, provide with deep digital expertise and onboard new digital vendors where needed. Who we’re looking for -Minimum 3-4 years of e-commerce experience -Proven solid online background and understanding of the principles of e-com.Keen to digital platforms and prior experience with e-com platforms -Consumer Knowledge, Insights & Analytics into Action.
