Marketing & Digital team at PMI is dynamic, diverse and disruptive.Our PMI affiliate in Cyprus is growing and it’s a fascinating time to join our talented team and make an impact in establishing a new business. Your ‘day to day’ -Drive end to end CRM program, from the strategic planning (including contact strategy) and the effective development of communication messages and creatives (in partnership with the Marketing Team) to the deployment and performance evaluation. Responsible for CRM audience management and operations in line with Consumer Experience Team and consumer experience guidelines -Define, execute and optimize ongoing and automated CRM engagement (aligned to global frameworks and Consumer Experience guidelines) including messaging, testing/optimization, segmentation, creative requirements and frequency. Execute digital marketing campaigns,. -Perform User Acceptance Testing and leverage digital/performance analytics in order to continuously monitor and optimize tools, digital marketing and commercial activities -Collaborate with Brand Marketing to develop the CRM annual plan and execute monthly commercial and business activities. Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of people and teams across the Organization. -Generate reports and insights on consumer interactions via CRM channels (Web Analytics, etc.), for the benefit of the entire commercial organization. -Close ups with Digital Hub for knowledge sharing sessions and leverage where possible to global partners and agencies -Leverage where possible global partners and agencies. Where local needs are not covered, collaborate with Marketing to identify best local alternatives.
