WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Students or university graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree up to 6 months after graduation, ideally during the last year of studies and available for 30-40 hours weekly, • Candidates with excellent communication and organization skills who are eager to learn, • Proactive and energetic candidates that are not afraid of taking ownership, • English speakers with a very good level of written and oral skills • Confident candidates who will be able to take care of affiliates globally and provide them with top-notch customer service, • Previous work experience in a multinational environment would be a strong asset. WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Internship for the duration of at least 6 months that can be extended up to 12 months, • An opportunity to engage with stakeholders and partners and provide our services globally – you will be working in English with colleagues from around the world, • An opportunity to join Digital Center of Excellence Team in which you will get to know about business processes and work with new technologies, • A chance to see the nature of a corporate world and work in a multinational environment with a team of experts. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Get to understand the overall concept of the company, including its brand, goals, • Provide ideas to grow and improve the business (you will be allocated to projects to support various parts of execution: Analytics, Knowledge Management, Internal Software - CRM), • As a part of the analytics group you will have a chance to work on data bases, create reports and dashboards, review Key Performance Indicators as well as present your findings, • As a part of the knowledge management group you will have an opportunity to work with content, articles, FAQs and also create training programmes to introduce our employees to the new tool, • As a part of the Internal Software – CRM group you will have a chance to test our new tools, work with other departments to collect the business requirements and collaborate with both product owner and business analysts, • Provide suggestions to teams on improving service and internal processes, • Learn and become proficient in internal software systems (CRM tool, Salesforce technology) • Work in agile methodology (SAFe) to develop new features of the digital solution Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
