Your ‘day to day’ Support and manage all the general administration of the RRPs retail stores around Colombia. Processes related with facilities, general services, procurements, legal and EHS. Ensure a high service level to the external / internal customers. 1. Implementation, follow up and be part of the build of national strategies of the IQOS Retail Store in Colombia, assuring the correct implementation and development to contribute to the achievement of the channel key indicators, focused on the Company and our business partners profitability and the availability of our retail store. 2. Develop, negotiate and guarantee a good and convenient contractual relationship with the malls and commercial spaces owners around Colombia that ensure the growth and profitability of this channel in the short and long term through the verification of the best practices and benchmark. 3. Create and follow up of the retail store contracts. Considering the flexibility we need, the termination and renewal clauses, the scope and objective. Ensure the right internal contract management strategy always aligned with the legal/EHS permissions updated. 4. Perform provisions, forecasting and reclassify accounts when it’s necessary and develop an SAP/VMDM Knowledge (purchase and suppliers’ module) must be create, track and modify PO and suppliers, domain about bills and invoices. 5. Ensure that correct maintenance (Locative/Electrical/AC/FFS) of the IQOS Boutique according to the OB, needs and legal/EHS requirements. Who we’re looking for - A minimum of university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar. - At least of 3 years in malls or retail store negotiation. - Experience of 1 year in general services and trade negotiation. - Is a must to have experience in procurements, and basic knowledge of accounting and SAP billing management. - Understanding of trends and ability to respond to consumers wishes. - Creativity and ability to produce innovative and impactful ideas. - Advanced English level is required, capable of maintaining conversations with others on daily basis. - Collaborate and apply a global mindset - delivering strong results in closer partnership with others across work areas.
