Purpose of the Position: Lead and facilitate Integrated Business Planning process in the Market to deliver business value across a range of dimensions: achieving joined-up cross-functional plan, reaching financial optimization, managing risks and opportunities, balancing demand and supply. Ensure operation of disciplined IBP process enabled by collaborative working between supply chain, commercial and finance – joint analysis and planning, high-quality insights on both internal and external drivers, alignment with corporate strategy and shared metrics and KPIs. Provide continuous support to the development of PMI Operations and Supply Chain Processes, Organization & systems within the framework of PMI’s global operations strategy. Principal Accountabilities Accountability 1: Facilitate Market IBP process with involvement of Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Business Planning teams to achieve following key objectives: • Regularly review Market sales forecast (volume and value), Market performance versus approved forecast and target, forecasting KPIs. Facilitate preparation and approval of the gap closure plans • Consolidate the inputs of all Market teams into single sales forecast; ensure that all functions have aligned roles, inputs and outputs within IBP process, and consequently plan and act based on shared information • Balance demand & supply by aligning commercial and supply chain plans for the medium term (3 to 24 months) horizon • Proactively identify potential upsides and downsides to the plan and create optimized enterprise responses. In collaboration with Finance monetize business impact from any initiative, creating a culture which embraces business judgement and rational trade-offs • Together with all involved teams run scenarios simulation based on Market pricing strategies, commercial campaigns, competitors’ activities, and other business intelligence information, to formulate recommendations/decisions on the scenario analysis that maximizes business opportunities and minimizes potential risks • Properly manage New Product Initiatives and End-of-Life phase-out of products considering market requirements and approved commercial strategies. • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub to ensure successful inventory management throughout the supply chain and follow up on product availability at market level • Collaborate with the Regional Customer Service and Global IBP teams to contribute to Global IBP cycle, providing relevant Market insights and uncovering key Market demand drivers. Accountability 2: Act as a single point of contact for all key decisions related to supply and demand management topics and provide full business support to Market Management team. Listen to long-term Market strategy and direction to pro-actively trigger strategic decisions and actions on Operations side to fulfil long-term Market requirements. Lead or contribute to global / local initiatives to achieve PMI market, Operations or Supply Chain strategies. Accountability 3: Collaborate with various departments of the Company to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of IBP process: • Commercial Strategy and Deployment • Finance • Business Development and Planning • Marketing • Distribution and Service delivery • Supply Chain Synchronization Hub • Global IBP and Global Supply Chain Category • Product Portfolio Management and Deployment • Operations Strategy and Results Delivery • Other functions based on specific business needs Accountability 4: BUDGET MANAGEMENT Contribute to Market’s Budget and/or target setting process by ensuring proper IBP process Accountability 5 PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Manage, motivate, monitor and evaluate the Market IBP team to ensure a high level of efficiency in the individual and teamwork of employees. Staff the team with qualified candidates who best fit the defined Role Profile. Ensure the necessary level of professional knowledge and skills, as well as the necessary level of interchangeability of employees. Set individual and group challenging objectives, guide, motivate and provide structured feedback. Identify the strengths and development needs of employees; prepare development plans and monitor their implementation. Accountability 6 COMPLIANCE/ ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY Ensure full personal and subordinates’ compliance with Regime of Confidentiality applicable to any commercial and competitive sensitive information Ensure full compliance with local applicable legislation and company policies and procedures. Adhere to all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) rules, policies and procedures. Pass through appropriate EHS trainings, apply received knowledge at work. Inspect and use personal protective equipment as appropriate. Keep assigned work areas clean and orderly. Take an active part in EHS programs. Inform the superior immediately about all violations of EHS requirements, take appropriate measures for their elimination. Organize business processes at assigned work area in compliance with EHS rules, policies and procedures. Evaluate risks at workplaces, take appropriate measures for risks reduction. Organize timely trainings for subordinates on safety working methods and practices. Conduct safety instruction, safety traineeship, safety knowledge assessment for subordinates in cases as required by applicable legislation. Ensure work conditions in department (division) in compliance with norms defined by local applicable legislation. Ensure all subordinates adhere to all applicable EHS rules, policies and procedures. Requirements Education: University/College - Bachelor’s Degree Degree or post-graduate diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields will be an advantage Work Experience: 5-10 years of work experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Electronics industry with exposure to Supply Chain, Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or Finance 5+ years of leadership experience Other: PC - Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Experienced User Finance principles: Ability to use financial concepts & terminology (profit & loss, cash flow statement) and principles of PM budget cycle (OB, RF) Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite), Financial Planning systems is a strong plus
