YOUR 'DAY TO DAY' The digital activation supervisor role is the hands-on enabler of the B2B digital activity, ensuring highest level of operational readiness. As part of your job, you will be the Master of the eCommerce platform – Plan the activation, secure resources, build capabilities and maintain the back-office and front-end. In Addition, you will take part in the Digital Community Management - Be responsible of the setup, maintenance, and configuration of the B2B community, Assist and support the digital engagement by developing and providing solutions for process efficiencies and integrations. One of the most important responsibilities is the Measurement of Digital Activation – You will track the success vs. Business KPIs, Build and develop supporting analytical tools, get insights and make recommendations for future activities based on data and qualitative feedback of all other trade partners. In your role you will collaborate closely with many of the corporate's stake holders, both local and global, including Field force, Content, Commercial, IT, Legal and more. Your role will be a perfect combination of business, analytics and technical skills. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR Industrial Engineering degree with Information systems expertise 2-3 years of experience in system deployment or system management in commercial orgs Sales or Marketing related experience from FMCG companies Knowledge of CRM and eCommerce platforms (salesforce.com) Hands on experience in managing website content using CMS solutions Knowledge in databases, reporting and BI solutions (Power BI) Strong knowledge and expertise of office software Fluent English and Hebrew – read, write, and present Strong self-learning, self-driven, motivated, consumer-centric A true team player, excellent stakeholder management Able to work in a fast-paced environment
