The Finance Service Analyst's main goal is to collect, make a listing, review, reconcile and archive Official Receipt. Ensure Official Receipt submission is complete and document is valid according to PM policies /taxation/US GAAP in effective, efficient, accurate and timely manner. Your ‘day to day’ • Ensure Official receipt collection is complete and valid, all document is scanned and archive properly according to PMI practices / tax regulation • Ensure Official Receipt reviewed and reconcile properly according to PMI practices / tax regulation • Smoothing process of Official Receipt collection and reconciliation by coordinating with related parties such as Procurement, VMD , tax department or users • Filling the documents according to the RIM’s guidelines and submit to the RIM department regularly • Manage and monitoring document routing • Prepare audit supporting documents • Continuously improve process in his/her area responsibilities • Meet local and regional KPIs Who we're looking for A candidate with, • Thorough understanding of Philippines Accounting and Taxation Standards and Practices • Acquired understanding of PM Accounting and PM Control Policies and Procedures through training and day-to-day couching • Sound knowledge of SAP design and functionalities, familiarity with a computerized environment is required • Excellent English communication skills • Knowledge of Philippines taxation What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
