Your Day to Day • Provide run & support services to our internal customers • Take active role in implementations of new solutions in the Payroll and Absence area across regions. • Manage external vendors, task management, prioritization and budget • Provide subject matter expertise across the organization in support of IT initiatives in the payroll area • Understand the capabilities and drive transformation of the applications portfolio to ensure that payroll solutions are effectively and efficiently implemented and used • Work closely with architects and the wider IT expert’s community to define solutions using modern technology and PMI programs (API, AWS, SAP) • Efficiently identify and support the stakeholders in adjusting and enhancing IT platforms to best support the business process development • Continuously develop yourself through gaining practical knowledge, formal trainings, peer networks, professional events etc. Requirements • A hands-on, action-oriented, problem solver with a knowledge and experience in Information & Digital Technology and System Integrations. • A professional with proven track of experience in supporting or deploying systems with good functional and technical knowledge supporting Products / Systems • Fluent English (spoken and written) • 3+ years of experience in IT with university degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience • Practical experience of working in a product-based organization, acting as a scrum master/project leader would be an asset • Problem solving and decision-making skills • Be a self-starter and able to drive the solution implementation from the requirements definition to deployment • Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to independently work • Practical knowledge of cloud computing technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), preferred experience with AWS environment is a plus • A collaborative teammate, comfortable in dealing with all types of external and internal partners. • Experience in Payroll & Absence Management solutions it’s a plus.
