Your ‘day to day’: As Supervisor Data Analytics, you will support the digital transformation of Consumer Engagement in Marketing, ensure all KPIs are delivered, leverage digital expertise to implement digital innovation as well as ensure robust processes are implemented to measure the effectiveness of all programs. You will actively drive collaboration with Brand Marketing, Consumer Engagement, Market Research, IT, Legal and other relevant stakeholders to drive the development and execution of digital CE platforms for our products. • Gather, organize, and analyze combustible cigarette (CC) Digital Data from multiple sources. Provide monthly report and actionable recommendations to the team. • Create, update, and maintain the necessary data dashboard to ensure stakeholders will be able to access the data seamlessly. Work closely with IT, members of the Marketing Team, agency partners, and other data-owners and data-users of the company. • Proactively reach out to the various stakeholders (Leadership Team, Brand, Digital and other members of the Marketing Team) to identify any requirements or needs in terms of data analytics and insighting. • Proactively seek out opportunities to improve current processes and ways of working to ensure stakeholders are leveraging on the data that are available. Aims to upskill the members of the Marketing Team by teaching them on how to maximize available data tools and leverage on data for sound recommendation. Who we’re looking for: You must have a bachelor’s degree, and at least five (5) years of working experience in Digital Marketing preferably Marketing Technology (MT) or analytics work. You should be knowledgeable with various Digital Analytics tools. You should have people manager experience and used to working with internal and external stakeholders.
